How do I add my vehicles and drivers?

This is configured once and then mostly left alone, which is why it lives in Settings rather than taking up a tab of its own.

A vehicle

Name, number plate, seat capacity, and an optional photo. The seat count is what the board uses to warn you before you put nine people in an eight-seater. Leave capacity blank and nothing is enforced. One vehicle can be marked as the default, which is the one a new run is prefilled with.

A driver

Name, phone, email, and how you pay them: a flat amount per trip, or a percentage of the trip price. That figure is for your own costing on the Money screen. It is never shown on the run sheet the driver opens, and drivers are not charged for: they are free and unlimited on every plan.

How many vehicles you may have

Starter allows 2 and Pro allows 6. Fleet is unlimited. The Add button stays live at the limit and tells you what it would take to go past it, and going over a limit never deletes anything.
