What do the plans include, and what happens if I go over?

Every feature is on every plan in FleetDesk, dispatch software for tour operators: Starter at $99 a month covers 2 vehicles and 1 user, Pro at $199 covers 6 vehicles and 5 users, Fleet at $399 is unlimited and includes a person moving your data across, and going over a limit never deletes anything.

The plans differ on how many vehicles and logins you may have. They do not differ on features, because a one-vehicle operator needs all of them on day one.

What that means in practice

  • No locked screens, no padlocks and no upgrade walls. The money screen, driver run sheets, branded quotes, reminders and your own logo on customer pages are all on the cheapest plan.
  • The Add button stays live when you reach a limit. It tells you what going further costs instead of greying out with a tooltip.
  • If you move down a plan, the rows beyond the new limit go read-only. Every historical booking still opens. Nothing is destroyed to enforce a subscription.

The trial

14 days, free, no card and no sales call. Nothing in the sign-up asks for payment details.

What is never charged for

Bookings, drivers, guests, quotes, tickets and emails. There is no per-booking fee, no commission, no setup fee and no per-driver line. The price you sign at is the price you renew at.

Fleet is a conversation

Fleet includes a migration done by a person, so it starts by talking to us rather than by entering a card.
