How does my driver get the details for the day?
Open the booking, go to Links, create the driver link and send it: the driver opens it on their phone and reads the whole run, and because FleetDesk, dispatch software for tour operators, issues a private tokenised address there is no app to install, no account to create and no password to reset at 6am.
Send it by WhatsApp, by text, however you already reach that driver. It is a web page.
One link, the whole run
The link is created on a booking, and the page shows every group on that vehicle for that departure in pickup order, with the driver’s own booking marked. A cousin with a van does not need training to read it.
It prints
Some drivers want paper. The page prints cleanly to one sheet.
Links are not forever
A share link is live for 30 days by default and can be revoked at any time from the same screen. Each kind of link is separate, so revoking a guest’s ticket does not take the driver’s run sheet down with it. You can also see whether the link has been opened yet, which answers "did he get it" without a phone call.
