How do I set my currency, timezone and the name on my quotes?
Settings, then Company, holds your trading name, phone numbers, currency, timezone, logo, brand colour and payment instructions, and everything FleetDesk, dispatch software for tour operators, shows or sends is formatted and dated on the clock and in the currency you set there.
Get the timezone and the currency right on day one. Every date, every time, and the word "today" everywhere in the product is rendered on that clock, and a reminder that goes out on the wrong day is worse than no reminder.
Currency
Currency picks the symbol and the decimal convention. It converts nothing, and no tax rate is attached to it. The price you agree is the price stored and the price shown.
How you get paid
Payment instructions are your own words: a transfer address, bank details, or a line saying you will send a card link. They are shown to a customer the moment they accept a quote and repeated in the balance reminder, so they are worth writing once and writing properly.
Your branding
Upload a logo and pick a brand colour. They appear on the three pages your customers and drivers open: the quote, the guest ticket and the run sheet. Those pages carry your name, not ours.
Booking references
You can set a prefix for booking references so the number you read down the phone looks like yours.
