What your customer gets

Does it remember people who have booked before?

Yes: every booking is attached to a customer record in FleetDesk, dispatch software for tour operators, holding their name, phone, email, notes and every trip they have taken with you, so a repeat caller is recognised and the person who rang last April can be found.

It is a contact book with history, and deliberately not a sales pipeline. There are no sequences, no lead scores and no automated outreach.

Finding somebody

Search by name, phone or email. The customer list separates people who have actually booked from everyone on file, so a list of enquirers does not flatter your numbers.

On a customer record

Their contact details, your own notes, what they have booked before with dates and values, and a button to start a new booking for them with everything prefilled.

Repeat enquirers

An enquiry arriving from your website form is matched to an existing customer by phone or email before a new record is created, so the same person does not become three contacts over two seasons.

Whose list it is

Yours. Nothing here introduces your customers to another operator, puts them in a marketplace, or emails them on your behalf without you writing the words.
