What it does not do
Does it connect me to Viator, GetYourGuide or Airbnb Experiences?
No: FleetDesk, dispatch software for tour operators, has no reseller channels and no marketplace, so it will not distribute your tours to Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia or anyone else, and it will not introduce your customers to another operator.
There is no channel manager here. If distribution to online travel agents is how you fill seats, this product does not do that part of your job and something else has to.
Why it is left out
Your customer list is yours. The people on it came from your own marketing, your own repeat business and your own word of mouth, and nothing in here quietly puts them in front of an operator down the road or turns them into somebody else’s audience.
What you can still do
Bookings that arrive from an OTA can be entered like any other booking, or posted into your pipeline automatically by whatever tool already receives them, using the website enquiry endpoint. They are then dispatched exactly like the rest of your work.
