What it does not do

Does FleetDesk take the customer’s card?

No: FleetDesk, dispatch software for tour operators, does not process payments, so your customer pays you the way they already pay you, by transfer, card machine or your own payment link, and the product keeps the score of what has been paid and what is still owed.

There is no checkout, no merchant account to open, no payout schedule and no percentage, because there is no mechanism for one.

What you do instead

The quote page shows the deposit and the balance, and the moment the customer accepts it shows your own payment instructions in your own words: a transfer address, bank details, or a note that you will send a card link. The money lands where it lands today, in full.

What you get in exchange

  • No commission and no per-booking fee, on any plan.
  • No line on your customer’s receipt that you did not put there.
  • Nothing holding your money for a week.

What it costs you

Somebody has to press Mark deposit paid, and a customer can accept a quote without paying immediately. What closes that gap is the automatic chase three days before the trip, carrying the amount owed and your payment instructions.

If instant card capture is what you need

If your business depends on money being taken at the moment of booking, with no human in the loop, a checkout-first booking platform fits you better than this does. That is a real difference in product shape, not a feature we are about to add.
