Getting set up
What happens when I sign up?
You enter your email at app.fleetdesk.co, open the sign-in link it sends you, and a four-step wizard asks for your company, your tours, your vehicles and your drivers; FleetDesk, dispatch software for tour operators, is then usable immediately, free for 14 days, with no card and no call.
Nothing in the sign-up asks for payment details and there is no plan step. You land in a working account with your own trips in it.
The four steps
- Your company. The name that goes on a quote, the timezone you work in and the currency you charge in. Your browser's timezone is offered as a suggestion you can correct. Nothing is guessed from it.
- Your tours. What you sell, with a duration, a seat capacity, a price and a deposit. This is the step that matters: everything else points back at this list.
- Your vehicles. Names and seat counts, so seats get counted and the dispatch board has a column per vehicle.
- Your drivers. Names and phone numbers. Each one can be handed a run sheet link later.
How long it takes
One tour, one vehicle and one driver is enough to take a real booking, and that is a few minutes of typing. You can add the rest from Settings whenever you like.
When the 14 days end
You pick a plan in Settings, then Plan and billing. Nothing is deleted while you decide, and no screen is ever locked behind an upgrade.
